Job Description:  Purchasing Agent


Position Reports to: Director of Marketing and Merchandising


Job Purpose: To manage the company's inventory and maintain customer service


Job Summary: Be a buyer for a major national brand! GET AIR Management together with Trampoline Parks LLC is one of the fastest growing companies in Weber County employing several hundred people in the area and across the country. GET AIR is a nationally recognized brand and is looking for competitive professionals to drive it forward.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage company's store and supply chain
  • Maintain relationships with current vendors
  • Seek out new vendors and better prices for all merchandise items
  • Keep inventory on all merchandise and mitigate loss and breakage
  • Receive shipments and ensure property quality and quantity
  • Support and Maintain the company's brand
  • Accurately account for all spending and billing
  • Plan, Coordinate, and schedule shipping of purchased product
  • Come up with new ideas for products and merchandise
  • Create invoices and certificates for international and domestic accounts
  • Identify and resolve issues with warehouse, vendors, and customers
  • Ensure a high level of customer service to clients; including: park managers, owners, investors, and outside relations
  • Pitch and execute ideas for promotional material
  • Research topics relating to creative development and revenue enhancement
  • Approve invoices and bills before submitting to accounts payable.
  • Assist Merchandise Director with new and existing ad accounts
  • Ensure accuracy of content 
  • Stay within department budget
  • Other duties as assigned   



Key Qualifications:

  • Inventory management experience
  • College experience preferred
  • Ability to think logically, critically, and work well under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills, including: Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets etc.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds  
  • Punctuality
  • A can do attitude
  • Team work oriented
