Job Title:                    Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish/English)

Summary:

This is not your typical call-center! Get Air Management Sales Representatives work in large cubicles in a friendly, family-like atmosphere servicing our customers by scheduling parties at our various park locations. This fun and exciting environment allows agents to efficiently and effectively book party packages, upsell, and answer questions about general park information and promotions. Agents have the potential of making an extra $600 a month!!  Looking for Spanish speakers!  

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Answer inbound customer service and sales phone calls and book parties; Incentives for each party booked.

Follow-up customer calls as necessary

Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts

Coordinate with individual parks to understand specific details

Handle customer inquiries and complaints; identify and escalate priority issues

Enter new, and update existing, customer information into system

Provide customers with product and service information including children and family benefits

 

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures; complete call logs

Process orders, forms and applications

Research required information using available resources; route calls appropriately

 

Key Qualifications:                                                                                 Job Specifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in relevant computer applications

Speak Spanish fluently

Full-time and Part-time employment

Required language proficiency; communications skills in both English and Spanish

Must be available to work weekends

Excellent customer service skills

Base pay +  incentives

Good data entry and typing skills; 35 - 40/wpm

 

Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
