Job Description:  Graphic Designer


Position Reports to: Director of Marketing and Media


Job Purpose: To create graphic design content for company promotions

Job Summary: Create and share ideas to build upon a nationally recognized brand! GET AIR Management together with Trampoline Parks LLC is one of the fastest growing companies in Weber County employing several hundred people in the area and across the country. GET AIR is a nationally recognized brand and is looking for competitive professionals to drive it forward. Our new graphic designer will generate original content and assist the marketing and merchandise department with all of it's goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and create content for online ads and daily promotion, including: graphics, pictures, written posts and videos
  • Layout brochures, ads, graphics for social media, business cards, logos, signs, banners, and more
  • Maintain the companies brand, while working with the Media Director to explore new options
  • Assist the website developers with determining and creating content
  • Expand upon the company's brand book
  • Edit photos to be used in daily promotion
  • Ability to create motion graphics for videos
  • Pitch and execute ideas for promotions
  • Assist social media marketers in managing social media profiles and promote Get Air facilities
  • Research topics relating to creative development, media design, and marketing
  • Assist Media Director with new and existing ad accounts
  • Maintain consistency of marketing, advertising and branding efforts for existing parks
  • Ensure accuracy of content 
  • Stay within department budget
  • Other duties as assigned   



Key Qualifications:

  • Graphic design background with extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Practical experience in social media management
  • College experience preferred
  • Ability to think logically, critically, and work well under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills, including: Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets etc.
  • Some marketing experience preferred
  • Animation or motion graphic skills are a plus
  • Punctuality
  • A can do attitude
